The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling met in the Boardroom
located at 203 Park Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado 80459. The meeting was called to order at
6:00 PM by Chair Paul Johnson. Commissioners present: Erik Woog, Chris Sammons, Paul
Johnson, and Wes Howell. Commissioner Kevin Warren was absent. Quorum is established.
Staff present: Town Clerk & Treasurer Teagan Serres, and Town Planner Alan Hassler.

The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Kremmling met in the Boardroom
located at 203 Park Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado 80459. The meeting was called to order at
6:03 PM by Chair Paul Johnson. Commissioners present: Erik Woog, Chris Sammons, Kevin
Warren, Paul Johnson, and Wes Howell. Kevin Warren arrived at 6:25 PM. Quorum is
established. Staff present: Town Manager Jen MacPherson, Town Clerk & Treasurer Teagan
Serres, and Town Planner Alan Hassler.

Chairman Johnson asked for clarification about the purpose of the memorandum. Planner Alan
Hassler explained that Commissioner Woog had raised a question on the subject during the last
meeting. Hassler conducted research on the sales tax laws and wanted to inform the
Commissioners of his findings.
