Acadiana Watershed District

The Technical Advisory Committee will discuss updates to regional project criteria and flood resilience planning tools. The meeting includes reviews of the HydroRISE Project and the Southwest LA & Central Acadiana Resilient Future Project.

Acadiana Watershed District

The Acadiana Watershed District board will finalize a project prioritization list for recommendation. The meeting also includes approval of previous minutes, updates, and public comment. This is part of Louisiana Watershed Initiative efforts to improve flood resilience and prevention.

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) updated the regional project prioritization questionnaire and scoring criteria. These changes, which include new requirements for project purpose and storm-level descriptions, will be sent to the AWD Board for final approval.
