The Ag Consultant Exam Ad Hoc Committee will conduct several adjudicatory hearings regarding specific cases. The commission will also consider an application for the agricultural consultant exam.

The Commission recommended that the Department waive the time interval and frequency limits for individuals taking the certified applicator exam. The body also approved several penalty stipulations for pesticide violations and one agricultural consultant application.
