A meeting of the Louisiana Architects Selection Board (LASB) was held in the Claiborne Building,
1201 N. Third Street, Room 1-100 Louisiana Purchase Room, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802 on May 20, 2026.
The meeting was called to order at 10:03 a.m. by Mr. Michael T. Sullivan, Chairman. Those members
present were: Mr. Calvin Gallion, III, Mr. K. Vaughn Sollberger, Jr., Mr. Michael T. Sullivan, Ms. Ashlie
Boelkins, Mr. Matthew H. Baker and Ms. Cheryl Cloud. Those members absent were: Mr. Robert M. Brooks,
Jr. Also present as Legal Counsel was Ms. Chelsea Zachary, Attorney General’s Office.
The first item of business was the adoption of the March 18, 2026 minutes. Mr. Sollberger moved to
adopt the minutes, and Ms. Boelkins seconded the motion. With no opposition, the March 18, 2026 minutes
were adopted.
The next item of business was to ask for any new business. There was none.
