Clare Cook of Basin Arts welcomed the Council, staff, and members of the public (2). Roll was called by Mr. Ardoin. 13 council members were present and 4 were absent. Approval of January 2026 Minutes A motion was made to approve the January 2026 meeting minutes by Mr. Ardoin and seconded by Dr. Hanemann. The motion was approved without discussion Legislative Report Ms. Broussard reported that the legislative session was halfway complete and that the budget bill would move from the House to the Senate later in the week. She stated that the OCD budget remains stable at $9.4 million.
