Pursuant to notice, the meeting was called to order at 10:38 A.M., Friday, January 23, 2026,
originating from the LA Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand
Reporters, 1450 Poydras Street, #630,
New Orleans, Louisiana, in person and via videoconferencing, with a quorum
Present.

I. CALL TO ORDER
Thank you to Lauri for doing the Minutes, Meg for agreeing to be Secretary and joining
the Education Committee.
Minutes were approved for 10-24-2025 by Rose D’Vincenti and Seconded by Sarah Buxton.
No opposition so motion passed.
II. Finance
A. October to December Report
Kramer’s motion to accept and approve finance reports. No discussion. No public comments.
October through December 2025 financial report carries.
October to December 2025 monthly operating statement - balanced and Kramer’s motion to
approve statements. DiVincenti seconded. No public comment or discussion. Motion carries.
Board Design and Webmaster contract through March of ‘27, Kramer motion to accept and
approve the new contract. DiVincenti seconded. No public comment and no discussion. Motion
carries.
