1 Coordinated System of Care Statewide Governance Board Meeting February 25, 2026 Bienville Building, Room 173, 628 N. Fourth St., Baton Rouge, LA 70802 Meeting Minutes The meeting was called to order by Yolonda Latimer-Hampton at 1:13 pm. Roll Call  Board members present: Dana Garrison Cambre, Karen Austin, Levillia Moore, Dr. Vanessa de la Cruz, and Yolonda Hampton  Board members absent: Dr. Marilyn Thornton Public Comment None Approval of Minutes Members were presented with the December meeting minutes. Karen moved and Dr. de la Cruz seconded a motion to approve the meeting minutes as written. Director’s Report Data for reporting period October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 were presented via PowerPoint slides, which were also emailed to members. Dr. Foster discussed highlights of the report; shared recent news, successes, and community outreach events from the wraparound agencies and the Family Support Organization; and invited questions from board members. The full report may be viewed at www.csoc.la.gov. Dana moved and Dr. de la Cruz seconded a motion to approve the Director’s Report.
