The Council revoked the certifications of four individuals following felony convictions and revoked one firearms instructor certification. The board approved a new Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) Investigator Training Course and a new academy building for CARTA. Additionally, the Council mandated that every POST academy send a representative to Procedural Justice training.
