Kathy Coleman and Betty Grant will prepare and present the Council's recommendations to the Children’s Cabinet Advisory Board at the May 2025 meeting. The Council discussed the need for legislation to cover kinship caregivers similarly to foster parents and the use of family resource center funds for curator fees. Minutes from January 31, 2025, were not approved due to a lack of quorum.
