To Discuss Issues with Dealing with the Crab Professionalism Program and Fees Charged by Docks Laquita Meek stated that she spoke with a young lady who said that she could not get the dock to sign- off on her completion for the crab professionalism program without paying $3,000.00. Laquita Meek stated that there has also been 3 or 4 other participants who have had issues with completing the program because they get halfway through the program and have to find a new sponsor.
