CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of Louisiana Egg Commission was called to order at 10:01 a.m. by Josh Yarborough,
Chairman.
ROLL CALL
The roll was called by Sara Novak.
Members present: Josh Yarborough, Jeanette Eisworth, Corey Davis, Chris Trahan, Will
Strickland, Daniel Myrick.
Members absent: John Lalla and Richard Mule
A quorum was present.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Motion was made by Daniel Myrick to elect Josh Yarborough as Chair. Corey Davis seconded the
motion. All members were in favor. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Josh Yarborough to appoint Megan Duncan as the Secretary/Treasurer.
Corey Davis seconded the motion. All members were in favor. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion was made by Jeanette Eisworth to approve the minutes for the October 21, 2025, meeting.
Corey Davis seconded the motion. All members were in favor. Motion carried.
