J.G. motions to approve, seconded by W.G, all vote in favor. 3) LIST OF GUESTS: Aaron Philips – attended as an observer and to gather information regarding promoter licensing process. Danny Toro and Ethan Madison – attended seeking information about obtaining a boxing promoters license and hosting future events. The group explained they were in the early stages of planning potential community -based boxing events involving amateur partic ipants and fundraising efforts. The Commission discussed the distinction between amateur boxing, professional boxing and rally boxing, safety requirements and event regulations and the importance of reviewing the Commission rules and procedures prior to applying for licensure.
