The commission reviewed the minutes from the May 21, 2026, Full Commission Meeting. Motion to approve the May 21, 2026 minutes with made by Lee Akin 2nd by Trinity Sanders. All approved, motion passes. FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Payne Williams, discussion on the financial statement as of May 31, 2026. Our balance as of May 31, 2026 is $241,433.45. Check register for May is $48,308.67. Motion to approve the executive committee reviewed and approved the April 30, 2026 financial statement made by Gayle Howell and 2nd by Paige Alost. All approved, motion passes. NEW BUSINESS: 2026-2027 Budget : Payne Williams stated that we presented the 2026 – 2027 Budget at last month’s meeting. We didn’t have any concerns at the meeting. Valencia Jones made a motion to approve the 2026 – 2027 Budget and 2nd by Rebecca Blankenbaker. All approved, motion passes. Payne Williams stated that the Officers for NHDDC will serve another year term, if you have any questions or concerns please let us know. Sandra Dickens gave an update for HDBA.
