The council approved the appointment of a new Secretary, Member at Large, and three committee chairpersons. The LRS Director reported that the Lake Charles field office is closed due to Hurricane Laura and that the agency is reducing OOS from 5 to 3.

The Rehabilitation Council approved a recommendation to the Governor’s Office of Disability Affairs regarding budget signing authority for the VR Director. The council also approved previous meeting minutes and rescheduled the April meeting to April 30, 2020.
