REGULAR SESSION RENAISSANCE JUVENILE DETENTION DISTRICT – LSA-R.S. 15:1109.22 of Rapides Parish June 22, 2026 The Board of Commissioners of Renaissance Juvenile Detention District, LSA-R.S. 15:1109.22, of Rapides Parish met in Regular Session Monday, June 22, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at its meeting place, the Police Jury Committee Meeting Room, Second Floor, Parish Courthouse, 701 Murray Street, Alexandria, Louisiana. There were present: Mr. Rodney McNeal, Chairman; Mr. Michael Koch and Ms. Elizabeth Lindsay. Absent: Mr. Arthur LeBrane Also present were Greg Jones; Thomas David, Jr., Mr. Steven McKay, Daren Richey, David Distefano, Jody Wiley, Katy Robinson-Morton, Jody Glascon, Peyton Forester and Ms. Theresa Pacholik. Mr. Rodney McNeal, Chairman welcomed all present and Ms. Lindsay to give the invocation and Mr. McNeal led those in attendance for the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Rodney McNeal called the meeting to order. On motion by Ms. Elizabeth Lindsay, seconded by Mr. Michael Koch to adopt the minutes of January 29, 2026. On vote the motion carried. At this time, there were no bills to be approved. Mr. Steven McKay with Rozier, McKay & Willis, CPA for auditing services discussed the fiscal audit requirements set by the Louisiana Legislative Auditor. Mr. Glascon provided an update on the facility plans and construction. Ms. Katy Robinson-Morton presented the design plans for the interior. There were present: Mr. Rodney McNeal, Chairman; Mr. Michael Koch and Ms. Elizabeth Lindsay. Absent: Mr. Arthur LeBrane Also present were Mr. Greg Jones; Mr. Thomas David with Pan American Engineers, LLC; and Ms. Sarah Vidrine.
