STATE LICENSING BOARD FOR CONTRACTORS RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTORS SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES January 14, 2026 The regular meeting of the Residential Building Contractors Subcommittee was called to order by the Chairman, Elliott Temple, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 9:33 a.m. at 600 North Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Members of the Subcommittee present: Elliott Temple, Chairman Curtis Joseph, Vice Chairman James “Jim” Fine Travis Manceaux Frank Morse, Jr. Dodie Adams Brandon Golson There being a quorum present, the regular order of business was called. Mr. Brandon Golson led the Pledge of Allegiance. Ms. Tanika Starks introduced herself as the hearing officer overseeing these proceedings and addressed the audience and board on administrative procedures. Joseph Anderson, Robert Mehrtens, Frank Vaughan, John Leblanc, Stephanie Belanger, Carrie Morgan Dylan Bourg; David Hamm, Sloane Watts, Logan Cockerham, and Sean Beavers with the Enforcement Division were sworn in.
