Chairman Denison called the meeting to order after the field day and an
informal address.
He asked the board to review the proposed agenda and the minutes presented.
Both were emailed to the board prior to the meeting. He called for public
comment regarding the agenda and none was heard.
ACTION #1 A motion was made by Thibodeaux to accept the agenda as
presented, Costello seconded and motion carried.
ACTION #2 A motion was made by Costello to approve the minutes as
presented, seconded by Benoit and carried.
Denison moved forward in the agenda and called on Scott Soileau and Andy
Brown to give a financial report. Soileau distributed the May 31 financial
statements. Soileau was working with LDAF to finalize all collections for
FY26 and numbers presented …
