The SLFPA-W Board of Commissioners met at approximately 4:00 P.M. , Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at
the Moreau Center – MC Conference Room – University of Holy Cross, 4123 Woodland Drive, Algiers,
Louisiana.
Mr. Burke called the public meeting to order and directed Mr. Gauthé to call the roll.
Commissioners in attendance at the Moreau Center – MC Conference Room – University of Holy
Cross: Mr. Ardoin, Mr. Burke, Mr. Galloway, Mr. Gauthé, Mr. Kirkland, and Mr. Robinson. Mr. Fogle
was absent.
Mr. Burke led all in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance.
It was moved by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. Gauthé, and unanimously approved by the
Commissioners in attendance to affirm the agenda as presented.
It was moved by Mr. Burke, seconded by Mr. Gauthé , and unanimously approved by the
Commissioners in attendance to accept and approve the minutes of the May 19, 2026 regular board

The Administration Committee of the SLFPA -W met Tuesday, June 9 , 2026, with the
following members present: Mr. Gauthé, Chairman, Mr. Fogle, and Mr. Kirkland.
Mr. Gauthé called the meeting to order in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the SLFPA -
W Office, 7001 River Road, Marrero, Louisiana at approximately 3:30 P.M.
It was moved by Mr. Gauthé and seconded by M r. Fogle to approve the agenda as

previous meeting dated May 12, 2026.
Mr. Bosch presented the check register for SLFPA –W, West Jefferson Levee District, and

Mr. Bosch presented the proposed amendments to the 2025 -2026 SLFPA -W Budget. The

The SLFPA-W Board of Commissioners met at approximately 4:00 P.M. , Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at
the SLFPA-W – Office – Board Room, 7001 River Road, Marrero, Louisiana.
Mr. Burke called the public meeting to order and directed Mr. Gauthé to call the roll.
Commissioners in attendance at the SLFPA-W – Office – Board Room: Mr. Ardoin, Mr. Burke, Mr.
Fogle, Mr. Galloway, Mr. Gauthé, Mr. Kirkland, and Mr. Robinson.
Mr. Burke led all in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Operations and Maintenance Committee of the SLFPA -W met Tuesday, April 14, 2026, with
the following members present: Mr. Robinson, Chairman, Mr. Ardoin, and Mr. Galloway.
Mr. Robinson called the meeting to order in the SLFPA –W Office Commissioners’ Meeting Room,
7001 River Road, Marrero, Louisiana at approximately 1:30 P.M.
It was moved by Mr. Galloway and seconded by Mr. Ardoin to approve the agenda as presented .
The motion was approved by unanimous vote.
There were no public comments.
It was moved by Mr. Ardoin and seconded by Mr. Galloway to approve the minutes from the
previous meeting, dated March 10, 2026. The motion was approved by unanimous vote.
Mr. Ryan Daul of USI Insurance presented the projected 2026 -2027 SLFPA-W insurance renewal
rate options. The Committee recommended the Alternative Property option for fire and wind
coverage to the Administration Committee.
Mr. Bergeron provided an update on safety matters.
Mr. Noel presented the Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs) for approval. After discussion, the

The SLFPA-W Board of Commissioners met at approximately 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at
the Moreau Center – MC Conference Room – University of Holy Cross, 4123 Woodland Drive, Algiers,
Louisiana.
Mr. Burke called the public meeting to order and directed Mr. Gauthé to call the roll.
Commissioners in attendance at the Moreau Center – MC Conference Room: Mr. Burke, Mr. Fogle,
Mr. Galloway, Mr. Gauthé, Mr. Kirkland, and Mr. Robinson. Mr. Ardoin was absent.
Mr. Burke led all in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance.

at the SLFPA-W – Office – Board Room, 7001 River Road, Marrero, Louisiana.
Mr. Burke welcomed Mr. Kenneth Pickering to the meeting.
Mr. Burke called the public meeting to order and directed Mr. Gauthé to call the roll.
Commissioners in attendance at the SLFPA-W – Office – Board Room: Mr. Ardoin, Mr. Burke, Mr.
