President shall the special meeting of the Board on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the
Rex Room on the 8th floor located at the JW Marriott New Orleans, 614 Canal Street, New
Orleans, Louisiana, 70130.

The special meeting of the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry was held on Friday, March 20, 2026.
The meeting was held pursuant to public notice, each member received notice, a nd notice was
properly posted.

The meeting was called to order at 12:30 PM by Dr. Caldwell, President.
