Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is considering several special use permits for businesses and extensions of time for existing projects. The body will also review requests for variances and the vacation of public sewer easements.

Audit Oversight Committee

The committee will receive a staff report on current audits and discuss potential topics for future agendas. The body may also vote to approve the minutes from the October 11, 2021 meeting.

Senior Citizens Advisory Board

Redevelopment Agency

The Redevelopment Agency is meeting to approve minutes from December 2021 and discuss a project agreement for commercial visual improvements. The agency will determine if a specific project at 310 West Utah Avenue aligns with the Redevelopment Plan.

• Possible action on a Commercial Visual Improvement Program (CVIP) Agreement with Quality Commercial Maintenance, Inc. at 310 West Utah Avenue (Not-to-Exceed $25,000)

City Council

The City Council is meeting to discuss a series of consent items including public works contracts, business licenses, and grant acceptances. The body will also consider a proclamation declaring the 2022 City of Las Vegas Municipal Election.
