Board approves $250M budget amendment for hospital Medicaid cost offset fund
The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is deciding on a $250,000,000 budget amendment for the Local Provider Participation Fund, which levies a voluntary assessment on hospitals to generate federal matching funds for Medicaid care.
