The meeting was called to order remotely via Zoom in accordance with Assembly Bill (AB) 2449
at 5:00 P.M. by Mayor/Agency Chairman/Authority Chairman Lula Davis -Holmes. She
announced Mayor Pro Tempore/Agency Vice Chairman/Authority Vice Chairman, Dr. Jawane
Hilton will preside over the meeting.
