All members of the council were present at the time of roll call. Moment of Silence Approval of Agenda Motion - made by Council member Wynn to approve the agenda with the addition of letter g Parkway Senior Community. Councilmember Honore seconded. Motion approved unanimously. Discussion Items a. For Discussion - Budget - Chief DeJarnette, City Administrator Mayor Reynolds presented the proposed budget and briefly covered some of the recommendations included in the budget. Her recommendations included city hall repairs and upgrades, new technology, police vehicles and several other city needs.
