Watkins Vice Chairman General Registrar Minutes of Electoral Board Meeting, June 10, 2026 The Louisa County Electoral Board convened on Tuesday, June 10, 2026, to discuss events and issues related to the upcoming current and future election activities in Louisa County with respect to resources, training, and planning. CALL TO ORDER – Tuesday, June 10, 2026 Mrs. Eva Schatz, having an assembled quorum, called the meeting to order at 10:09 a.m. with the following persons in attendance: Mrs. Eva Schatz, Chairperson Mrs. Roberta Patton, Vice Chairperson Mrs. Nancy Bashaw, Secretary INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS Mrs. Cristy Watkins, General Registrar, Mrs. Jenn Stone, Deputy Registrar, Mrs. Jenny Couch, Deputy Registrar, and Mrs. Cindy Whitlock, Assistant Registrar. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mrs. Bashaw made a motion to dispense with the reading of Minutes for the EB meeting for May 19, 2026, and accept the minutes. Mrs. Patton seconded the motion.
