Board of Supervisors
Supervisors approved the meeting agenda as amended by a 5‑0 vote. The Board agreed to issue cease‑and‑desist letters to the parties involved in the Leathers Lane road dispute. The County Attorney was tasked with reviewing the possibility of criminal trespassing charges and will report back to the Board. The County Attorney will also prepare a report on the potential abandonment of the Leathers Lane road.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission recommended the approval of a subdivision on Leon Road and two rezoning requests for business use on South Seminole Trail and Shelby Road. All three recommendations were forwarded to the Board of Supervisors.
