The motion passed unanimously. Action Item List The Committee acknowledged that the action item list had not been formally updated since the previous meeting. It was noted that the updated Word version of the list is stored in the shared file folder. The Committee agreed to try to maintain and distribute the updated action item list going forward. Discussion on FPC Charge The Committee continued its review of the draft Facility Planning Committee (FPC) Charge document, which had been updated and circulated following discussion at the previous meeting. The first page of the charge document remained unchanged from the original; the substantive revisions appeared on page two, which provided additional scope and clarity regarding the types of projects falling under the FPC's purview. Conservation Commission to hear 5 wetland-related proposals, including 136-unit apartment building

The meeting was held entirely virtually via Zoom in accordance with applicable state regulations. Chair Gang noted that the meeting was being recorded, that the chat function was reserved for technical issues only, that all votes would be conducted by roll call, and that public comment periods would be held during each hearing. Members of the public were asked to limit comments and questions to two minutes and to address remarks to the Chair.
