The Manchester Board of Aldermen will consider several items, including a speed limit change on Ava Renee Drive, the appointment of a Director of Planning, Zoning, and Economic Development, ballot language for a 3% tax on marijuana sales, and a final subdivision plat for 820 Hanna Road. The Board of Aldermen appointed Andrea Riganti to the role of Director of Planning, Zoning, and Economic Development. The Board also lowered the speed limit on Ava Renee Drive. Two new bills regarding a marijuana sales tax and a subdivision plat were introduced without further action.
