The owner, Mr. Patel, was present to request a Certificate of Compliance. The
application met the requirements for approval.
Member Melton said he was against approving any more liquor stores. He would like
to put a cap on the number of liquor stores allowed in the City.
Motion made by Member Bunch, Seconded by Member Cain to approve the
application.

Mr. Patel said that this has been an existing business, but with a change in ownership.
