NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board meeting of the City of King scheduled for
January 26, 2026, has been canceled due to inclement weather.
The canceled agenda item was:
Item 1: Special Use Permit request SU-011 by Gary Bowman of Winston- Salem, NC, to
construct a 7- unit apartment building in the 100 block of Pineview Drive, identified as SCTM
5991-98-6617.
This cancellation applies only to the Planning Board meeting. The City Council of the City
of King will still conduct the duly noticed quasi -judicial evidentiary hearing on this
