Mr. Brentley Morris, the property owner, was present to speak on behalf of this application. Mr.
Morris advised the Commission that the Mobile Home Park has been closed for 20 years, and he
would like to reopen it. Mr. Morris advised the Commission that he had updated the water, sewage,
and power for the property. Mr. Morris advised the Commission that he was only doing 9 lots, and
he was working with VDOT on the entrance to the property.
