Be it resolved that the Medford City Council send condolences to the friends and family of
Judy Kaplan, who tragically passed away on April 15th of this year. Judy was a Medford
activist, former member of the Medford Human Rights Commission, Co-Facilitator of a
National Thyroid Cancer Support Group for over 20 years, Board Member of the World
Fellowship Center, one of the original members of Safe Medford, and beloved friend and
colleague who touched the lives of many in our community.
