Conservation Commission

The Wildcat Conservation Area subcommittee of the Merrimack Conservation Commission will meet to discuss new business and other items, including additional trail signs, kiosk maintenance (replacing PMMA/Plexiglass sheets), trail maps, and a proposed trail development from Watson Park to the Wildcat Conservation Area. The subcommittee will also approve minutes from its March 31, 2026 meeting.

Town Center

The Merrimack Town Center Committee is meeting to review old business, including sidewalk and bridge projects, and to begin updating its goals and charge. The committee will distribute several planning documents for discussion at future meetings and consider outreach efforts, sidewalk maintenance, and a walk audit program.

Town Council

The Merrimack Town Council will hold public hearings to accept donations, including $14,404 for the 250th anniversary celebration and $27,944.71 in federal grant funds for a police trailer. Zoning Board

The Merrimack Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on a request for rehearing of Case #ZBA 2025-40, in which the board denied a variance on April 29, 2026. The variance would allow up to 192 multi-family housing units as a permitted use by Conditional Use Permit in the I-2 (Industrial) District under the definition of Outlet Village Shops. The board will also discuss other items of concern and approve minutes from its May 27, 2026 meeting.
