Keo City Council mee.ng August 25,2025 Mee#ng started at 7:02 PM with suspending normal order to allow Caleb Mudford to give updates on all the projects throughout the city. 2nd. Street sewer repair finished, tank repairs complete, new water lines installed. He is now working on geFng bids to start the new walking trail around the city park. The council thanked Mr. Mudford for coming in and giving them the updates. 2 guests present Members present: Mayor Stephanie White, Recorder/treasurer Clara Hughes, and Alderman: Chris Collins, David Lanehart, Lynda Staton, & Randy Hudkins. Minutes: Randy Hudkins made the mo#on to accept these minutes from the July 28th. Mee#ng with a 2nd by Lynda Staton with all in agreement. July City financials were presented to the council aQer reviewing these financials David Lanehart made the mo#on to accept with the 2nd by Lynda Staton and the mo#on passed unanimously. July Water financials a mo#on made by Randy Hudkins with a 2nd by David Lanehart with everyone accep#ng these financials. Mayor White brought to the council a list of ten water accounts that have been leQ unpaid totaling $5,232.72 with the city for quite a while and we have done all the city can to collect this money and aQer discussing these accounts, Randy Hudkins made the mo#on to write off these 10 bills with a 2nd by David Lanehart with all in agreement.
