Ken reports: once RQAW payment check has cleared will send State for reimbursement. Spoke to the contractor regarding the meters and all meters are done. Project came in under 25,000.00 less and use it for new lab at water plant. Will try and doa walk through on work done so far. Contractor that is doing the paving project will also pave the streets needed. Letters for the Joe Butz Memorial were approved by Council to go with 9” gold letters. Pres. She will hire a person to do it. Council said yes and CM Hasser only suggestion of some point if Town wants to put in a sidewalk they will be allowed for its Town easement. North would like to discuss the garage sale ordinance and sidewalks. What Council suggestions would be in the garage sale ordinance. Council felt 3-day sale and to wait 30 days between sales with the exception for the Apple/Popcorn Festival and 4th fireworks day. Atty. Rebecca will draft up ordinance for review and make changes where needed before finalized. Sidewalks needing repaired or re-done, he would like to fix the physical hazard ones. Clerk-Treasurer received an invoice from Baker Tilly for the Sewer Asset Management Plan for $18,950.00 after claims already sent to Council and she will pay the invoice tomorrow and send out. Pres. North announced Eng. Ken would not be here tonight and he (Ken) asked Pres. North if the St Rd 43 project be closed for Town portion. Pres. North said yes. Eng.
