NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a special
public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. This hearing is to consider:
• adoption of The Minnesota Basic Code of Ordinances,
• adoption of the Special Assessment Policy and,
• adoption of the Tobacco Ordinance
This hearing will be held at the Heron Lake Community Center, Seniors’ Room at
7:00 p.m.
