Following the public hearing and discussion, the PPC completed the Conditional Use Permit Determination form, setting out the conditions that would be required. Members then voted, with 2 voting yes and 4 voting no. Therefore, the recommendation to the council was to not approve Mr. Lemmer’s request. Following that meeting, Mr. Lemmers advised the Zoning Administrator that he was withdrawing his CUP request at this time.
