Open discussion from the group members about the ways to share survey information that
maintains residents' privacy. The group's consensus was that we use the information we have
collected as working data only and contain the information to the members of the group at this
time
● Guest Terri Evers came to the meeting to share thewater history of her home as she knows it
since 1969. There have been issues during heavy rains in the past. They have had water after
heavy rain before. Their home is located at the very end of Line 1.

Other examples of basement water were reviewed on the results chart.

Some discussion followed after the group reviewed the results received from the survey. The
feedback has resulted in data showing homes both on the inside lots and outside lots having
water during heavy rains. This discussion led the group to the past history and current planned
cleaning of the lines. The council adopted a twice a year plan for clean out. Members mentioned
that Jetter Clean was on the hill today cleaning lines.

❏Landscaping cash out-Shirley motions to pay Laura Peterson the sum of $2200 for land restoration,
Michelle seconded. Passed unanimously. Shirley motioned to pay Marilyn Schueneman the sum of
$4485.93, Michelle seconded. Passed unanimously. Two amounts were proposed for Kelly and PJ McIntee.
The first amount is $1317.90(Payment schedule #1), this amount was prepared by Mayor Attarian using
photos and bids for plants and labor from Edenvale Nursery, the second amount is $1843.75(Payment
schedule #2), this amount was proposed by PJ and Kelly McIntee’s. Shirley motioned to pay Kelly McIntee
$1843.75(Payment schedule #2), Michelle seconded. Passed unanimously.
Official cash out option documents will be prepared, signed and notarized.
Mayor Attarian requested a motion to adjourn at 7:15 pm, Shirley motioned to adjourn, Michelle seconded,
passed unanimously.
