Council to consider rezoning for Glacial Ridge and Keystone PUDs
The Common Council will discuss and possibly vote on two major zoning changes: rezoning Glacial Ridge parcel V-23-1462.13 from RH to Planned Unit Development (Ordinance 2026-592) and amending the Keystone PUD to allow a condo alternative (Ordinance 2026-593). The Council will also consider a new school bus warning lights ordinance, special event permits for a car show and disc golf tournament, extensions of residential exterior improvement grants, the WisDOT East High Street project, an update to the hotel market study, and new "Welcome to Milton" signage.

The City of Milton, in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), will
host a public involvement meeting regarding the proposed reconstruction of E. High Street between
South John Paul Road (CTH Y) and Janesville Street.
