The joint planning commission approved Conditional Use Permit #22-65 to allow automotive sales at an existing auto body shop at 24605 Klein Avenue, near the Dell Rapids exit on I-29. The permit was approved with conditions including a 15-foot parking setback from the front property line, which can be marked with painted lines instead of a physical barrier. The city commission voted 4-0 and the county commission voted 6-0 in favor.
