The Minnehaha County Commission voted 5-0 to continue the public hearing on the one available Medical Cannabis Dispensary License, applied for by Shangri-La SD, LLC, until its first meeting in March. The board also deferred a Human Services request to raise maximum rent and utility assistance guidelines to its January 23 meeting, and approved a Joint Powers Agreement with the South Dakota Attorney General's Office for drug enforcement. Other actions included approving a $165,756.00 Komatsu dozer purchase, two bridge-project engineering agreements, and denying a lien compromise request.
