Board of Zoning Adjustment

Citizen's Housing and Community Development Committee (CH&CDC)

The Committee approved a CDBG-CV grant for the acquisition and rehabilitation of a property on Laurel Street. It also increased a consultant contract for Housing Tools LLC by $150,000.

Citizens’ Transportation Sales Tax Commission

Housing Rehabilitation Loan Committee (HRLC)

The Housing Rehabilitation Loan Committee approved financial assistance for health and safety repairs at two Modesto residences. One property received a grant, while the other received a combined loan and grant forwarded to the Council for final approval.

Airport Advisory Committee

Tuolumne River Regional Park Citizens Advisory Committee

The Committee recommended the demolition of the American Legion Hall and proposed changing park hours to dawn to dusk. They also recommended a mid-year budget adjustment and a temporary vehicle closure for the Legion Park Area. All recommendations were forwarded to the TRRP Commission for final approval.
