2026 Budget Presentation
Paul Lerch, Lerch, Vinci & Bliss – Spoke about the proposed 2026 Budget, this year the
Borough is eligible for a self-examination of the budget. There is no increase in the municipal
tax. The Borough does rolling property assessments, and the average home’s impact will be up
about $11 on their tax bill. Mentioned that most towns are seeing increases on the municipal
portion, and in other towns he works with, he has seen $200 up to $600 increases per home.
Costs have increased in most municipalities due to health insurance increases. Mentioned the
budget includes annual salary increases and per contract steps in collective bargaining. Surplus is
