telecommunications tower on 33.69 acres located on Brownwood Road (Tax Parcel 030-030B),
after the applicant withdrew the request from the agenda. Motion passed unanimously.
Motion by Commissioner Riden, seconded by Commissioner Park, to approve the agenda as
amended. Motion passed unanimously.
DATA CENTER MORATORIUM
Chuck Jarrell, Director of Planning and Development, presented the proposed 120-day
moratorium at the previous meeting. The Board approved the moratorium at its July 7, 2026,

THE MEETING WAS HELD ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
PRESENT: Chairman Blake McCormack, Vice-Chairman Ben Riden, Jr., Commissioners Philipp von Hanstein, Nathan Park, and Carl Jones.
