Morgantown public meetings in 2023

Library Board

The Board of Trustees approved the adoption of presented bylaws and appointed a new Audit Committee. Financial statements were filed for audit and checks were approved as presented.

Police Civil Service Commission

The Commission approved amended sections of the revised Rules & Regulations. It also authorized the scheduling of medical and psychological exams for a sergeant prior to upcoming promotional testing.

City Council

City Council approved resolutions to apply for highway safety and electronic device grants. The council also advanced two ordinances to second reading and established the official time for Trick-or-Treat.
