The Public Hearing was called to order at 7:30 by Chairman Ralph Ghent. Councilman Stephen Domotor commented on his concerns regarding the calculation of water capacity yield for 2026 and moving forward. The town should apply flow measurement data “at the source or wellhead” as directed by MDE, and NOT use Point of Entry (POE). He recommended an amended resolution to take to the Town Council before allocating any water, and to allocate no water during this round in 2026.
