HOSPITALITY LLC, 4420 WILLIAM PENN HIGHWAY, MURRYSVILLE, PA 15668
Mr. McKenna opened the Public Hearing . This evening Council is reconvening and continuing the public
hearing regarding the application of C&M Hospitality LLC for the intermunicipal transfer of Pennsylvania
Restaurant Liquor License No. R-16585 to the premises located at 4420 William Penn Highway, Murrysville.
The public hearing was previously opened on May 6 th, 2026, and subsequently continued to allow for
corrected public notice identifying the proper address of the proposed licensed premises. Notice of this
continued hearing has been duly advertised.
Mr. Nestico stated that the applicant proposes operating as a full-service restaurant with approximately 100

Public Hearing for CU -1-26, Redwood – Murrysville, concerning the
excavation of steep slopes, 62.841 acres, Wilson Road, tax parcel
49 -16 -00 -0-067, R -3 High Density Residential Zoning.
Mr. Mitall instructed everyone on the procedure of the hearing. A stenographer was
present to record the meeting. Those who wanted to give testimony were sworn in. The

Wrestling Team. The Franklin Regional Wrestling Team has demonstrated exceptional athletic excellence,
discipline, and teamwork throughout the 2025 –2026 wrestling season . The Panthers completed a historic
and undefeated season with a perfect record of 22 –0, exemplifying perseverance, determination, and
competitive excellence at the highest level of interscholastic athletics . T he team achieved extraordinary
success by capturing the Section Championship, the WPIAL Championship, and the PIAA Class 3A Team
