THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING THAT WAS HELD ON THURSDAY , JUNE 25, 2026 ARE SCHEDULED TO BE READ AT THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED COMMISSION MEETING THAT IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY , JULY 3, 2026. Present were Presiding Commissioner Randy Ruzicka, Associate Commissioners Cory Ford and Mark Marberry along with Deputy County Clerk, Michele Gatzemeyer. THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDING COMMISSIONER RUZICKA AT 8:15 A.M. THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING THAT WAS HELD ON THURSDAY , MAY 7, 2026 ARE SCHEDULED TO BE READ AT THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY , MAY 14, 2026. Mr. Scott Schmieder, R&B Foreman, appeared before the Commission to provide report for today’s meeting. Following were the items reported: *Mr. Schmieder noted ‘issue’ with ‘Boom Mower’. Bolt broke off of ‘frame’; Representative from ‘vendor’ has been contacted. *Mr. Schmieder noted that R&B Department focusing on ‘Potholes’ and necessary repairs to the same. *Work being done on ‘Tar Pot’; Mr. Schmieder is waiting to order ‘oil’; Mr. Schmieder noted that there is no reason to order ‘oil’ until said ‘equipment’ is repaired. *The Commission will inspect ‘County Roads’ on Thursday Afternoon along with Mr. Scott Schmieder, R&B Foreman.
