Code Enforcement Special Magistrate

The City Commission unanimously approved Ordinance 1455-21 on second and final reading, annexing two parcels (approximately 37.67 acres) at the corner of Cass Road, northeast of Lake Alfred and west of Lake Eva. The annexation eliminates an enclave and allows the properties to receive city services and potential future development. The commission also heard a detailed presentation on the Polk Regional Water Cooperative's long-term water supply projects, but took no formal action on that item.
