Approve Financials
Bratsch reported that grant spending is as follows: 76% for administration/coordination, 133% for
meeting/public engagement, 64.5% for plan development, and 0% for contingency, for a total estimated
72% of the grant spent. The initial $12,000 setup for Houston Engineering’s (HEI) MS4Front will change a
total to 77% of the grant spent. Additionally, Bratsch requested that the committee review and approve
one invoice for payment.
