A finance department special presentation is also scheduled.
- Ordinance 18‑2026, 3rd Reading – creates Chapter 165, Real Property Transactions
- Ordinance 19‑2026, 2nd Reading – amends Chapter 163, Contracts and Purchasing to eliminate Council voice vote after Board of Control approval

✓ Decided: Council approves April minutes and delays $400k street‑paving funds to 2027
The council approved the minutes from the April 27 meeting. Finance reported that the extra $400,000 originally intended for street paving in the 2026 budget will be postponed until 2027 because of the timing of the new 2% income tax revenue. Existing funds are still being used for residential road repairs and pothole filling in 2026.
- Approved April 27 meeting minutes (unanimous)
- Postponed additional $400,000 street‑paving allocation to 2027 (no formal vote recorded)
